Contact

Beginning a conversation

Reaching out can be an important step. Sometimes it begins with a question, or a sense that something needs attention.

Write to me

This first contact is a chance to say briefly what brings you here, and to see whether working together might feel right for you.

You do not need to explain in detail at this stage — a few words about what you are experiencing and what you are looking for is enough. Please do not include detailed personal or medical information in this first message.

What happens next

I usually reply within two to three working days. After receiving your message I will be in touch to arrange an initial conversation, which gives us a chance to discuss what you are looking for, answer any questions you may have, and consider whether therapy together feels right.

Beginning therapy is not about having all the answers. Sometimes it begins with a simple question: what is happening within me, and how can I understand it differently?
