About
I have always been drawn to one question.
How do we become who we are?
My path into psychotherapy grew from a curiosity about the human experience — the stories we carry, the relationships that shape us, the difficulties we meet, and the meanings we make along the way.
I believe each person is more than their difficulties, their history, or the roles they have learned to inhabit. Within every person there remains the possibility of growth, and of becoming more fully themselves.
Training and experience
I hold a Diploma in Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London.
I work with adults through a range of experiences: periods of change, emotional difficulty, relationship challenges, questions of identity, and the search for greater meaning and understanding.
Sessions in English and Farsi
I work in both English and Farsi. If Farsi is your first language, you are welcome to write to me in Farsi, and we can work in whichever language feels more natural to you.
I see therapy as a collaborative relationship between two people — a space where experience can be explored with honesty, curiosity and compassion. Through it we can come to understand ourselves more deeply, recognise the patterns that shape our lives, and find new possibilities in how we relate to ourselves and the world.
We are shaped by our history, but we are not limited by it. We are influenced by our experience, but we continue to evolve.
